What personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data:

Identification data: personal data used for the unique and unmistakable identification of the data subject (name, surname);

Contact data: personal data enabling contact with the data subject (especially the email address provided by the client and other similar information – these are data that allow the client to be contacted);

Electronic data: IP addresses of devices from which you access our services; information about the use of our site (how you use the search engine); location data of the device used by the data subject and information about where you visited our website from, when you visited and left it, or how many times you have visited our website; data on how you use our site, other selected data from system logs (browser data, browser language, date/time, etc.) – further details on cookies can be found in our Cookies Policy available here;

On what legal grounds is my personal data processed?

The processing of personal data is in most cases a legal or contractual requirement. If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of these described legal grounds, you as the data subject are obliged to provide the Controller with personal data.

When processing your personal data, we rely on the following legal grounds:

Obligations arising from contracts or measures for the purpose of taking action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract – the Controller needs personal data for the purpose of concluding a contractual relationship and its subsequent fulfillment, personal data usually need to be provided before concluding a contract (e.g., lease agreement) or for the purpose of verifying the possibility of concluding a contractual relationship and providing relevant information to the data subject;

Obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations – the Controller needs personal data in order to comply with its legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations and bookkeeping, informing the foreign police, etc.);

Processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller – processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller (e.g. protection of the Controller against third party claims), except where the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects take precedence over such Controller’s interests;

Processing on the basis of consent – where no other legal basis can be used for processing personal data, it is also possible to process personal data on the basis of the data subject’s consent. Consent is given for one or more specific purposes (e.g. for marketing purposes). The specific personal data are always specified in the consent to the processing of personal data that the data subject may give to the Controller. In specific cases, the Data Controller informs data subjects about the processing of personal data and the consequences of not giving consent.

Legitimate interest of the Controller – the processing of personal data is necessary for this purpose (e.g. to control and prevent fraud, to resolve disputes with the data subject and to protect and assert the rights of the Controller, to ensure the functionality of the website and to prevent security incidents).

We always store communications for up to 6 months so that we can provide a better service and help you immediately and efficiently with your requirements.

The Controller may, in justified cases, make your personal data available to contractual partners in the position of personal data processors to ensure the efficiency and expertise of processes, based on a personal data processing agreement, or to contractual partners in the position of joint controllers of personal data, or to another recipient of personal data.

The Controller processes your personal data, either directly or through its processors, primarily in the Czech Republic and in the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area, where the same conditions of protection and security of personal data processing are in place through the GDPR.

Your personal data is not transferred to third countries, i.e. to countries outside the EU/EEA, or to international organizations.

The Controller uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, further disclosure or use.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The personal data of the data subject are processed transparently, fairly, and in accordance with legal requirements. At the same time, the data subject has the right to contact the Controller at any time to obtain information about the personal data processing process or to exercise the following rights related to the processing of personal dat, namely:

Right to access personal data: the data subject is entitled to request access to their personal data from the Controller, especially information about the processing of their personal data, including at least the purpose of processing personal data, the scope and content of personal data, or categories of personal data that are processed, including all available information about their source, the nature of automated processing in connection with its use for decision-making, if actions or decisions are made based on this processing that affects the rights and legitimate interests of the data subject, and recipients or categories of recipients of personal data;

Right to correct inaccurate and false personal data: f the data subject believes that the personal data processed by the Controller are inaccurate or incomplete, they have the right to request the Controller to update or supplement them. The client is entitled to object to the incorrect or unauthorized processing of personal data and is entitled to request the correction or supplementation of such personal data;

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): the data subject has the right to request the erasure of their personal data if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they are processed, if they have withdrawn their consent to their processing, or if they have been processed unlawfully and must be erased to fulfill a legal obligation;

Right to restrict the processing of personal data: the data subject has the right to request the restriction of processing if they dispute the accuracy of their personal data, or if their processing is unlawful, but they refuse the erasure of such personal data, or if the Controller requests, they may continue to process selected personal data of the data subject even after they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were provided to the Controller (e.g., in connection with the exercise of a claim in court, for which the data subject needs the processed personal data), or if the data subject has objected to the processing, and it is not clear whether their legitimate interest prevails over the legitimate interests of the Controller;

Right to data portability: in the case of automated processing of personal data based on a concluded contract or consent given to the Controller, the data subject has the right to data portability, which will be provided to them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;

Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of personal data processed for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of the Controller. If the Controller does not demonstrate that there is a serious legitimate reason for processing that outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms, the processing will be terminated without undue delay based on your objection;

Right to withdraw consent: if the data subject has given the Controller consent to process personal data for purposes requiring consent, they have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The processing of personal data that occurred before the withdrawal of consent is lawful;

Right to lodge a complaint: the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the rules for the protection of personal data have been violated during the processing of their personal data.

If you decide to exercise any of the above rights, the Controller is obliged to identify you, i.e., verify whether the person requesting the exercise of rights is the person to whom the personal data processed by the Controller relate.

The Controller will respond to your requests, questions, or complaints as soon as possible, but no later than one month from their receipt. If it is not possible to resolve your request within this time due to the complexity of your request or the high number of requests from other persons, the Controller will inform you of the necessary extension of the deadline.
